Knowledgeable and responsive. We had a leak in our tankless hot water heater. They diagnosed the culprit as a loose clip holding a connection together (apparently loose since it was installed years earlier) and didn’t charge us although they were not the installers. I had a leak in the line between our well pump and our home and called Plumbing Innovators.  They responded to provide an estimate to which our insurance said "that's a fair price" and gave us the go-ahead.  PI coordinated Miss Utility and the boring company and in 3 days made it happen (Miss Utility takes 3 days lead time).  They were there when they said they would be, finished ahead of schedule, and cleaned up after themselves.  Their crew was among the nicest and most professional we've ever had.  Matt and Clay were first-rate!  And they were patient in working with me as I coordinated my insurance payout.  Angel and Brittney were very customer service-oriented!

I had a problem replacing my disposal and had no choice but to call a professional.  Found Plumbing Innovators on here and called.  Mind you this was at 3 pm on Saturday.   Mike answered the phone and was very professional in his response.   He told me that he had to deal with another call before me but that he'd help me.  I figured that it would be much later.  I put my phone down for a bit and when I grabbed it there were 2 calls and a text from Mike.  I called him back and he was at my house in 20 minutes.  

The fix took him 30 minutes and he also told me about fixes to the installation that he made.  The job looks very clean and professional.   Very impressed.

I recommend Plumbing Innovators to anyone and ask for Mike.

"Totally Professional"

Not sure how anyone could give these folks anything less than a 5.  During the midst of COVID 19 stuff, they came a day after I called, were early for the appointment, but called and texted first to verify that was ok.  Very friendly, professional gentlemen came in, put on booties to protect our floors, and went to work.  They quickly diagnosed the problem which was far less serious than I had expected.  They could easily have gone along with my diagnosis and charged me 3 times as much as they ended up charging, but instead, they pointed out a very simple cause of my problem.  15 minutes later, the problem was solved and we were presented with a very reasonable bill for services rendered.  TJ and apprentice Parker were super friendly and helpful, totally professional.  I would absolutely use them again, and recommend them to anyone.

"Excellent Job"

Mike, Tom, and their helpers did an excellent job. Well pump replacement. Purge of iron in pipe to house worked. Water is now excellent. Called late the day the pump stopped. They sent out a team the next day, did all the work. Shocked the well with bleach and return-flow cleaned the pipe. Made sure the pipe was clean the next morning. Little things--cleaned up, booties in the house, made sure the crawlspace was locked up, regenerated the water treatment, made sure everything was turned back on. Inspected the reservoir and replaced the valve. Usual need for me to run water in the house to clean out those pipes--to be expected. Now the water is clear, fast, and plentiful. Thanks, guys!

I hired PI to replace a bad sump pump. All other companies I contacted couldn't come until hours/days later or never returned calls(it was an emergency; we were standing in water) PI return calls promptly if they don't answer directly. Very friendly tells you costs before starting job and talks 'to' you not 'at' you. Respectful of my home by wearing shoe covers and cleaned up after the job was done. I like how they give you options about repair/replacement without trying to pressure an up-sell. I like this company very much and will call them again in the future.

Plumbing Innovators did an outstanding job for me! On Labor Day weekend my well pump when out with no notice. I had no clue who to call so I started checking with neighbors and googled a couple of places. Another well company was too busy and referred me to Plumbing Innovators. And Wow! they were at my house within 3 hours of my call on a Sunday/holiday weekend. They were awesome, courteous, professional, good value, and didn't take advantage of my situation. So many problems fixed like magic with a basement bathroom out of code, grinder pump and sewer smells. Even called back for a leaking sump manhole seal and the fix was on the house!
